“Sarah Evers is the Queen of house-staging in Ireland. Before I engaged with Sarah, I was deeply concerned how long it would take & obviously how much we would get for a 3 bed semi-detached house that had been rented for 22 years. I recall a friend having used house staging previously. I did some research & came across Sarah Evers. From the initial engagement with Sarah, she came across as very professional & who had in-depth knowledge about to make a house looks it's best to potential buyers. “After engaging Sarah to decorate my 1850’s cottage for sale I can highly recommend her work and professional service. The house is petite, quirky and needed some imagination from a viewer to understand its full potential. I had read some of Sarah’s features in the Irish Independent explaining the challenges and areas to accentuate when staging period properties and her reflections rang true to my own experience of decorating the house. When Sarah arrived at the property for our initial meeting, Sarah was warm, professional and positive about the challenges a quirky house with an unusual layout presented. She made me a plan and we discussed my target buyer to decide what approach any decoration should take. Sarah gave me a list of preparatory work that was clear and concise and when she arrived with her team (and two vans!) to carry out the staging it was done within a day.
