Her path to becoming one of Ireland’s most sought-after Home Stagers wasn’t a straight line - but every step shaped the businesswoman and designer she is today.

At just 19, Sarah joined Aer Lingus’ Passenger Marketing Team, before moving to Best Western Hotels and eventually across the Atlantic to Chicago. There, she began working at the Kennedy-owned Merchandise Mart - a four-million-square-foot hub of wholesale furniture showrooms - where her lifelong love affair with interiors truly began.

From Chicago to Amsterdam, where she lived for seven years, Sarah’s passion deepened. Immersed in Dutch design culture - known worldwide for its functionality, craftsmanship, and flair - she saw how homes could be both practical and deeply personal. To this day, she imports unique Dutch pieces to use in her projects, keeping that influence alive in her work.

Returning home to Ireland in 2003, Sarah re-joined Aer Lingus a decade later as part of the Commercial Team, overseeing Partnerships and Ancillary Revenue. That experience gave her an invaluable understanding of commercial strategy, negotiation, and ROI - principles that now underpin her philosophy as a Home Stager:

Sarah’s career in interiors began to take shape long before she launched Staging Your Home for Sale (rebranded to Sarah Evers Interiors). Having moved ten times, lived abroad and at home, built houses, extended properties, rented with kids and pets in tow, she understands -deeply - the emotions, stress, and financial pressure that come with moving. That empathy, combined with her professional acumen, defines her approach today: bespoke, personal, and results-driven.

What started as a personal passion evolved into a business grounded in experience, strategy, and intuition. With the support of her husband Jimmy - a talented landscaper whose work enhances her clients’ kerbside appeal - Sarah built her business from the ground up, completing numerous Local Enterprise Office programmes, including Start Your Own Business, to sharpen her planning, finance, and growth strategy.

Today, “Sarah Evers Interiors” is known for its bespoke, hands-on approach, with Sarah herself at the heart of every aspect of every project - from the first consultation to the final cushion placement. Her ever-growing inventory of furniture, décor, and vintage finds ensures she can transform any property - from city apartments to countryside homes - with minimal lead time and maximum impact.
